While I haven't had a chance to try them all, Rowdy Rooster Artisan Meats are such a tasty addition to many meals and snacks. We especially loved the Span"ish" Chorizo with some habanero cheese and pico de gallo. Brandon's enthusiasm and passion for his charcuterie business shines through in the product.
